I didn’t become a midlife coach because it sounded cute.
I became one because my own body dragged me through hell first.
I was her — the woman staring at a puffy, exhausted face in the mirror wondering where the hell her spark went.
Gaining weight for no reason.
Snapping at people I loved.
Not sleeping.
Foggy. Sweaty. Moody.
Feeling like a stranger in my own damn body.
And when I finally dragged myself to the doctor?
I got the same scripted dismissal you probably have:
“Your labs are fine. You’re just getting older. Here’s a prescription.”
And sweetheart… I broke.
Right there in my car, I said:
“No. Absolutely not. This is NOT my new normal.”
So I did what every overwhelmed woman eventually does:
I saved myself.

I rebuilt my hormones, my stress response, my nervous system, my metabolism, and my peace —
with kindness, boundaries, nourishment, and zero shame.
